Dabei sind Varianten f\u00fcr jeden Geschmack, Wohnstil und Bedarf erh\u00e4ltlich. Der klassische Esstisch verf\u00fcgt in der Regel \u00fcber eine rechteckige Tischplatte und ein Gestell aus vier Beinen, so dass jede Ecke der Platte unterst\u00fctzt wird. both\">\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Neben verschiedenen Tischplatten finden neben dem traditionellen 4-Fu\u00dfgestell auch diverse Unterkonstruktionen im Esstisch-Bau Verwendung, mit welchen sich sowohl funktionelle Vorteile wie auch optischer Feinschliff erreichen lassen. In diesem Zusammenhang sind insbesondere die so genannten S\u00e4ulentische zu erw\u00e4hnen, bei denen die Platte mittig auf einem einzigen mehr oder weniger gro\u00df gestalteten Fu\u00df fixiert ist.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Mikado-Gestell sind die Beine des Tisches diagonal so angeordnet, dass sie sich zum Teil \u00fcberschneiden bzw. kreuzen. Eine Abwandlung des 4-Fu\u00dfgestells ist das B\u00fcgelgestell, welches auch als Kufengestell bezeichnet wird. Hier sind die beiden Beine an den kurzen Tischseiten zu einem Element in B\u00fcgel- bzw. Kufenform zusammengefasst. Eine weitere Gestellart, bei der die beiden Tischbeine an den kurzen Seiten miteinander verbunden sind, ist das X-Fu\u00dfgestell.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Esstischen in Wangenkonstruktion bzw. Tischen mit Wangengestell ruht die Platte auf zwei Tr\u00e4gern, welche oft eine Breite aufweisen, die identisch mit der Tiefe des Tisches ist. Damit beim Esstisch mit Wangengestell die kurzen Seiten des Tisches auch noch als Sitzpl\u00e4tze verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, sind die Gestell-Elemente in der Regel nach innen versetzt an der Platte montiert. Wangen-Esstische, bei denen die Platte und tragenden Komponenten beinahe nahtlos ineinander \u00fcbergehen. Die Sitzpl\u00e4tze an den kurzen Tischseiten fallen hierbei konstruktionsbedingt &#8211; zugunsten einer speziellen Optik &#8211; weg.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-2 Hier gibt es eine Abh\u00e4ngigkeit zur Anzahl an Personen, die bequem Platz am Esstisch finden soll:<\/p>\n<p>Als Faustregel gilt, dass <strong>jede Person<\/strong> am Tisch <strong>mindestens 60 cm Breite<\/strong> und eine <strong>Tiefe von mindestens 40 cm<\/strong> zur Verf\u00fcgung haben sollte.<\/p>\n<p>Weil auf dem Esstisch neben den Gedecken (Teller, Besteck) zus\u00e4tzlich auch noch Sch\u00fcsseln, T\u00f6pfe, Platten u.\u00e4. Platz finden sollten, sollten f\u00fcr die Tiefe des Tisches <strong>noch einmal etwa 20 cm<\/strong> dazugerechnet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man davon ausgeht, dass sich zwei Personen am Tisch gegen\u00fcber sitzen, ergibt sich daraus eine<strong> ideale Esstisch-Tiefe von mindestens 100 cm<\/strong> (40 cm + 20 cm + 40 cm).<\/p>\n<p>Damit vier Personen an den L\u00e4ngsseiten des Esstisches sitzen k\u00f6nnen, braucht es gem\u00e4\u00df der Faustregel von oben, mindestens 120 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Neben der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Tischfl\u00e4che muss au\u00dferdem der gesamte Platzbedarf der Essgruppe (Tisch &amp; St\u00fchle) bei \u00dcberlegungen zur Auswahl ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Damit ausreichend Bewegungsfreiheit zur Verf\u00fcgung steht, um sich ohne Probleme vom Tisch zu erheben, muss man die Tiefe der St\u00fchle plus 30 cm rechnen.
