Metallprofile werden nach ihrer Form unterschieden, so gibt es verschiedene Griffprofile, Sechskantstangen, Rechteckrohre, Vierkantrohre, Vierkantstangen, Kantenschutzprofile, H-Profile, T-Profile, Z-Profile, U-Profile, ungleichschenklige oder gleichschenklige Winkel, Flachstangen, Rundstangen oder Rundrohre. Meistens werden Stahl, Kupfer, Messing und Aluminium angeboten.<\/p>\n<p>Bew\u00e4hrt haben sich Metallprofile vor allem aus eloxiertem Aluminium, deshalb ist dabei meist die Auswahl am Gr\u00f6\u00dften. Eloxiertes Aluminium bietet dem Anwender einige Vorteile, wie Leichtigkeit, Korrosionsfestigkeit oder eine einfache Bearbeitbarkeit. Kupferprofile lassen sich sehr gut verformen.
