R\u00fcckstellkraft<\/p><\/div>\n

Unter R\u00fcckstellkraft, R\u00fcckstelleffekt oder auch Formstabilit\u00e4t<\/a> ist die F\u00e4higkeit einer Matratze gemeint, sich nach Belastung wieder in ihre Ausgangsposition zur\u00fcck zu formen<\/strong>. Besitzt die Matratze nur noch eine geringe R\u00fcckstellkraft, so entstehen Kuhlen an h\u00e4ufig belegten Stellen. Man sagt auch die Matratze h\u00e4ngt durch. Diese Kuhlen k\u00f6nnen durch hohe Beanspruchung oder schlechte Qualit\u00e4t der Matratze entstehen und R\u00fcckenschmerzen verursachen.<\/p>\n

Das Material der Matratze spielt im Zusammenhang mit der R\u00fcckstellkraft eine hohe Rolle. So besitzen Latexmatratzen<\/a>, Visco-Matratzen<\/a> und neuartige Gelschaummatratzen eine sehr hohe R\u00fcckstellkraft. Diese Matratzen besitzen ein sehr hohes Raumgewicht<\/a><\/strong>, eine hohe Stauchh\u00e4rte<\/a> und eine hohe Kernh\u00f6he. Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer der Wert dieser drei Angaben, desto h\u00f6her ist auch die R\u00fcckstellkraft.<\/p>\n

Nicht ausschlaggebend f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckstellkraft ist hingegen der H\u00e4rtegrad<\/a>. Auch eine Matratze mit H\u00e4rtegrad H1 (also soft) kann eine hohe R\u00fcckstellkraft aufweisen und nur weil eine Matratze von schlechter Qualit\u00e4t den H\u00e4rtegrad H3 (also fest) aufweist, verleiht ihr dies keine h\u00f6here R\u00fcckstellkraft.<\/p>\n

Matratzen mit hoher R\u00fcckstellkraft<\/h2>\n

Eine besonders hohe R\u00fcckstellkraft haben (Natur-)Latexmatratzen, Visco-Matratzen oder Gelschaummatratzen. Diese drei Matratzenarten unterscheiden sich dabei nur in einzelnen Bereichen von einander. Im Allgemeinen ist eine hohe Matratze keine Garantie f\u00fcr eine gute R\u00fcckstellkraft, kann diese aber positiv beeinflussen.<\/p>\n

Latexmatratze:<\/strong> Latexmatratzen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine sehr hohe Punktelastizit\u00e4t<\/a><\/strong> und zeichnen sich durch eine hohe R\u00fcckstellkraft aus. Trotz eines weichen Liegegef\u00fchls wird der K\u00f6rper optimal gest\u00fctzt. Latexmatratzen sind extrem langlebig und k\u00f6nnen durchaus bis zu 10 Jahre genutzt werden. Sie sind zudem besonders allergikerfreundlich und speziell Talalay-Latex<\/a> besticht durch seine Hygiene.<\/p>\n

Viscomatratze:<\/strong> Visco-Schaum ist ein sehr spezielles Material. Es passt sich dem K\u00f6rper perfekt an, da es temperaturf\u00fchlig<\/strong> ist. Es reagiert also auf die K\u00f6rpertemperatur und gibt nur dort nach, wo der K\u00f6rper wirklich aufliegt. So wird eine ideale Entlastung der Wirbels\u00e4ule gew\u00e4hrleistet. Durch das hohe Raumgewicht und eine hohe R\u00fcckstellkraft ist dieses Material sehr hochwertig und lange haltbar. Da es sich bei Viscomatratzen um temperaturempfindliche Matratzen handelt, sollte die Raumtemperatur nicht unter 18 Grad liegen.<\/p>\n

Gel(schaum)matratze<\/strong>: Eine Gelschaummatratze wird irrt\u00fcmlicherweise h\u00e4ufig als Gelmatratze bezeichnet, wobei es gravierende Unterschiede gibt. Denn eine Gelschaum<\/a>matratze ist die Weiterentwicklung der herk\u00f6mmlichen Gelmatratze und bietet Vorteile, die bisher nicht gegeben waren. Gelschaummatratzen bieten neben einer hervorragenden K\u00f6rperanpassung auch eine ideale Druckverteilung<\/strong>. Sie besitzen ein hohes Raumgewicht und daher auch eine hohe Formstabilit\u00e4t, umfassen aber auch die Vorteile von Kaltschaummatratzen<\/a>, da sie aus Kaltschaum bestehen, in den Gel mit eingemischt wurde.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
