Wir kl\u00e4ren auf und vergleichen die Stoffe.<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist Mako und was Batist?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Mako ist eine spezielle Baumwoll-Bezeichnung. <strong>Mako-Baumwolle<\/strong> kommt urspr\u00fcnglich aus \u00c4gypten und gilt als extrem hochwertig, denn sie besitzt besonders lange und stabile Fasern. Bei der Verarbeitung ergeben diese Mako-Fasern, wenn sie eng verwebt werden, Stoff, der als Luxus-Baumwolle vertrieben wird. Solche Stoffe zeichnen sich durch ihre Leichtigkeit und Robustheit aus.<\/li>\n<li>Ein Batist (oft auch Daunenbatist) ist ein <strong>sehr dicht gewebter<\/strong> und aus feinen Fasern gefertigter Stoff. Er wird zumeist aus Baumwolle, etwa aus Mako-Baumwolle f\u00fcr besondere Leichtigkeit, hergestellt, kann aber auch aus Leinen, Viskose, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wohnen.de\/lexikon\/seide\/\">Seide<\/a> oder Chemiefasern gefertigt werden. Batist-Stoffe werden h\u00e4ufig bei Bettwaren verwendet, um als H\u00fclle f\u00fcr die Faser-, Tierhaar- oder Daunenf\u00fcllung zu fungieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>In welchen Bereichen wird Batist angewendet?<\/h2>\n<p>Neben der Kleidungsindustrie wird Batist gerne f\u00fcr Deko-Stoffe verwendet. Vor allem Glas-Batist eignet sich f\u00fcr Gardinen und Schleier, da er leicht durchsichtig ist. Batist eignet sich auch sehr gut als Futterstoff oder als H\u00fclle f\u00fcr Bettwaren. Batist kommt in Mischungen mit anderen Fasern wie Leinen oder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wohnen.de\/lexikon\/polyester\/\">Polyester<\/a> vor. Sind die Textilien aus Mako-Batist, dann sind sie mit hochwertiger Mako-Baumwolle hergestellt. Mako-Batist bezeichnet also eine spezielle Art der <strong>Baumwollstoffe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mako-Batist ist <strong>pflegeleicht<\/strong> und kann je nach Farbe und Art der F\u00e4rbung bei 40\u00b0C oder 60\u00b0C <strong>gewaschen werden<\/strong>.
