Was ist die LGA?<\/h1>\n

LGA<\/p><\/div>\n

Die LGA<\/strong><\/a> ist eine Landesgewerbeanstalt<\/strong> in Bayern. Die LGA Bayern hat ihren Hauptsitz in N\u00fcrnberg und mittlerweile 19 weitere Au\u00dfenstellen. Sie pr\u00fcfen Bauteile und verschiedene Produkte. Einer ihrer Partner ist der TUV Rheinland. Die Anf\u00e4nge fand die Landesgewerbeanstalt im Jahr 1792<\/strong>. Damals noch als \u201eGesellschaft zur F\u00f6rderung der vaterl\u00e4ndischen Industrie\u201c.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 1845<\/strong> bekamen sie dann den Gewerbeschein. Ab 1908<\/strong> wurden schlie\u00dflich die ersten Zweigstellen, unter anderem die LGA Bayreuth, LGA Regensburg oder LGA Augsburg, er\u00f6ffnet. 1929<\/strong> wurde die Pr\u00fcfung von Stabilit\u00e4t von Bauten an die LGA \u00fcbertragen. Im Jahr 1936<\/strong> folgte dann die Gr\u00fcndung des Instituts f\u00fcr Lebensmittel- und Biochemie. Um 1955<\/strong> hat die LGA dann auch Gebrauchsg\u00fcter und Verbraucherprodukte, zum Beispiel f\u00fcr die Stiftung Warentest, getestet.<\/p>\n

Was ist LGA tested bzw. LGA tested quality?<\/h2>\n

Es wird zwischen LGA tested<\/strong> und LGA tested Quality<\/strong> unterschieden. Beim LGA tested G\u00fctesiegel wird ein Produkt auf eine bestimmte Eigenschaft hin untersucht, so sagt das LGA tested G\u00fctesiegel bspw. aus, dass die Qualit\u00e4t des Produkts auf Schadstoffe untersucht wurde und dementsprechend bedenkenlos gebraucht werden kann. Beim LGA tested Quality wird im Hinblick auf die umfassende und dauerhafte Qualit\u00e4t des Produktes<\/strong> unter den Gesichtspunkten der Sicherheit, Gebrauchseigenschaften, Gebrauchstauglichkeit, EMV und Hygiene<\/strong> untersucht.<\/p>\n

Sowohl LGA tested als auch LGA tested quality sind anerkannte Pr\u00fcfzeichen, die vom T\u00dcV vergeben werden. Mit LGA tested Quality soll insbesondere ausgewiesen werden, dass Produkte, die dieses Siegel tragen ihrem Verwendungszweck gerecht werden. Daher sind LGA tested und LGA tested quality<\/strong> wichtige Pr\u00fcfsiegel<\/strong> beim Kauf neuer Produkte.<\/p>\n

LGA-Pr\u00fcfgrundlagen<\/h2>\n

Als Grundlagen f\u00fcr die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung durch den T\u00dcV und eine LGA-Zertifizierung dient das Produktsicherheitsgesetz, ProdSG in Einzelaspekten unter der Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Eigenschaft, die getestet und zertifiziert werden soll, sowie EG-Richtlien ( Niederspannungs-Richtlinie, Maschienrichtlinie etc.). Zus\u00e4tzlich werden, um die Gebrauchseigenschaften zu pr\u00fcfen, interne Pr\u00fcfprogramme verwendet. Nach bestandener LGA Pr\u00fcfung erhalten Hersteller durch das LGA tested G\u00fctesiegel oder das LGA tested Quality G\u00fctesiegel die LGA Zertifizierung<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
