Was ist eine Gasdruckfeder?<\/h1>\n

Gasdruckfeder<\/p><\/div>\n

Eine Gasdruckfeder<\/strong> wird auch als Gasfeder bezeichnet und ist eine sogenannte pneumatische Feder, die Gas nutzt um ihre Federkraft zu entfalten. Dieses Gas steht unter Hochdruck und bietet daher zuverl\u00e4ssige Federung<\/strong>. Im Gegensatz zu Schraubenfedern braucht die Gasdruckfeder nur wenig Platz, da die Federkraft unabh\u00e4ngig vom Weg ist.<\/p>\n

Zudem bieten Gasdruckfedern einen eingebauten D\u00e4mpfungsmechanismus, der zum Beispiel bei Lattenrosten<\/a> sehr sinnvoll ist. Im Lattenrost wird die Gasdruckfeder vorwiegend dann verwendet, wenn er eine sogenannte Bettkastenfunktion besitzt. Der Bettkasten eignet sich hervorragend zum Verstauen von Gegenst\u00e4nden, etwa der Winter- oder Sommerbettw\u00e4sche. Gasdruckfedern werden jedoch nicht nur in Unterfederungen eingesetzt, sondern finden sich auch in B\u00fcrost\u00fchlen<\/a> oder in Autot\u00fcren.<\/p>\n

Vorteile der Gasdruckfeder im Lattenrost<\/h2>\n

Ein Bettkasten<\/a> mit Gasdruckfeder hat gro\u00dfe Vorteile, etwa im Gegensatz zu Schubladen unter dem Bettgestell. So muss bei Schubladen darauf geachtet werden, dass der Boden, z.B. Parkett oder Laminat, nicht besch\u00e4digt oder zerkratzt wird. Zudem entsteht oft ein Platzproblem, wenn Schubladen Anwendung finden.<\/p>\n

Bei einem aufklappbaren Lattenrost entsteht kein Platzproblem, da sich der Bettkasten nach oben hin \u00f6ffnen l\u00e4sst. Ein solcher Lattenrost ist der Diamona Microflex KF\/GF Lattenrost. Vorsicht bei\u00a0Latexmatratzen<\/a> oder Taschenfederkernmatratzen<\/a>! Diese Matratzenarten brauchen besonders viel Bel\u00fcftung, welche durch den Bettkasten eingeschr\u00e4nkt werden kann. Eine solche Matratze ist daher in Kombination mit einem Bettkasten nur wenig geeignet.<\/p>\n

Gasdruckfeder \u2013 Aufbau und Funktion<\/h2>\n

Die Gasdruckfeder ist ein Verstell Element, das aus einem Druckrohr<\/strong>, Kolbenstangen<\/strong> und Anschl\u00fcssen<\/strong> besteht. Sie ist mit komprimiertem Gas gef\u00fcllt, die den Innendruck bestimmt. Dieser Druck wirkt sich auf die Querschnittsfl\u00e4che der Kolbenstange aus, woraus eine Kraft in Ausschubrichtung resultiert. Dieser Kolben dient zur D\u00e4mpfung und F\u00fchrung.<\/p>\n

Alle Gasdruckfedern bestehen grunds\u00e4tzlich aus einem Zylinder<\/strong> und einem Kolben<\/strong>, der dich darin bewegt. Abh\u00e4ngig von dem Anwendungsfall sind die beiden Seiten oder nur eine Seite des Kolbens mit Gas gef\u00fcllt. Gasdruckfedern, die aufw\u00e4ndiger gebaut sind, k\u00f6nnen auch einen Trennkolben besitzen, welcher zwei Bereiche mit Gas und \u00d6l trennt.<\/p>\n

Bei der Bauform, die am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendet wird, ist der gesamte Innenraum mit Gas bzw. Stickstoff gef\u00fcllt. Durch eine kleine \u00d6ffnung am Kolben, kann das Gas hindurchstr\u00f6men und das Ma\u00df der D\u00e4mpfung bestimmen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
