Formschaummatratze<\/p><\/div>\n

Formschaum ist ein Material, dass bei der Herstellung von Matratzen zum Einsatz kommt. Eine Formschaummatratze ist eine Matratze aus hochwertigem Schaumstoff, die w\u00e4hrend des Aufsch\u00e4umens im fl\u00fcssigen Zustand in eine Form gegossen wird.<\/p>\n

Im Gegensatz zum Blockschaumverfahren, das bei Kaltschaummatratzen verwendet wird und bei dem relativ gro\u00dfe Unterschiede beim Raumgewicht hingenommen werden m\u00fcssen, verf\u00fcgt eine Matratze aus Formschaum \u00fcber eine homogene Zellstruktur, was zu einer l\u00e4ngeren Haltbarkeit f\u00fchrt da die Matratze aus Formschaum meist ein h\u00f6heres Raumgewicht<\/a> besitzt.<\/p>\n

Au\u00dferdem bildet sich bei Formschaum eine Au\u00dfenhaut, welche zus\u00e4tzlich die Formbest\u00e4ndigkeit erh\u00f6ht und zudem ein komplettes Verschlie\u00dfen von Bel\u00fcftungskan\u00e4len verhindert und so zu einer verbesserten Luftzirkulation beitr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n

Ist eine Matratze aus Formschaum besser als eine Kaltschaummatratze?<\/h2>\n

Eine Matratze aus Formschaum verf\u00fcgt im Gegensatz zu einer klassischen 7-Zonen-Kaltschaummatratze<\/a> nicht \u00fcber einen Kern mit 7 k\u00f6rpergerechten Zonen, sondern \u00fcber flie\u00dfende Liegezonen, die eine ergonomische K\u00f6rperanpassung unabh\u00e4ngig von Schlafposition, Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Gewicht erm\u00f6glichen. Die Form, in der Formschaum gegossen wird, verleiht der Formschaummatratze eine spezielle Oberfl\u00e4chenstruktur, die je nach Beschaffenheit f\u00fcr Zugentlastung, Druckentlastung<\/a> oder Anpassung an bestimmte K\u00f6rperpartien sorgen soll oder auch sanft massieren kann.<\/p>\n

Bei manchen Matratzen wird auch nur eine Schicht Formschaum verwendet, in Verbindung mit einer Schicht aus Kaltschaum<\/a> oder Visco-Schaum. Diese Matratze ist technisch gesehen keine Formschaummatratze und auch keine Visco-Matratze, sondern eine Hybridform, die die Vorteile von Formschaum (Atmungsaktivit\u00e4t, St\u00fctzkraft) mit denen einer Visco-Matratze<\/a> (thermoplastische K\u00f6rperanpassung, wohlig-warmes Liegegef\u00fchl) verbindet.<\/p>\n

Alles in allem kann man Formschaum als den gro\u00dfen Bruder dvon Kaltschaum ansehen, der die Vorteile einer Kaltschaummatratze hat (hohe Punktelastizit\u00e4t<\/a>, St\u00fctzkraft<\/a>, hohes Raumgewicht, Atmungsaktivit\u00e4t<\/a>), diese allerdings \u00fcbertrifft und zudem noch etwas mehr bieten kann (h\u00f6here Formstabilit\u00e4t<\/a>, bessere Luftzirkulation, gr\u00f6\u00dfere Flexiblit\u00e4t bez\u00fcglich Schlafposition und K\u00f6rperbeschaffenheit, bessere K\u00f6rperanpassung und Druckentlastung, l\u00e4ngere Lebensdauer).
